  4. dsilvernite on August 9th, 2010 11:33 pm

I can’t sleep good at night, because stupid dogs bark all night, I’m gonna die one day, because I’m always tired and drained due to this.

The best anti-aging product I’ve ever seen is actually Alex Chiu’s Magnetic
Discovery. The other people are just nonsense.

I do all what this guy says already. Excellent!!

  10. elligat on August 10th, 2010 2:15 am

I think this is why so many people want to nap but some are just too busy to take the time out of doing so.

  11. munkey71 on August 10th, 2010 2:31 am

We all take sleep for granted. I hope more can learn to work better at sleep and realize how important it is. Once you can start to change, it helps in so many ways.

  12. WatchinVids2008 on August 10th, 2010 2:49 am

When I try to take a power nap I end up sleeping for quite a few hours. I had no idea that power naps could help though, I’m going to try and be able to sleep the right amount during power naps

  13. KeepinYoung5 on August 10th, 2010 3:42 am

Power Sleeping was suggested to me as a way to help myself relax, get some sleep and keep my energy up and it really worked. The health benifits are truly amazing as pointed out by Chris.

  14. 22Treadmill on August 10th, 2010 4:18 am

I love this idea of the power sleep, not just sleeping and Chris’ suggestions to achieve this are very good. I particularly like the tip about not listening to the news before going to bed, that’s a common one for me.

  15. TonedNFit2 on August 10th, 2010 4:54 am

I’ve always taken power naps purely to keep myself away and energetic, surprising to know it’s actually good for your health! I’ll take more from now on.

  16. WeightHealthy on August 10th, 2010 5:18 am

Sleeping in general is good for the body when you have a chance to rest, you should take it. I’ve no doubt that power sleeping does help keep you looking and feeling younger, as you’re more relaxed.

  17. VideoDiva2008 on August 10th, 2010 5:53 am

I know what you all mean, sometimes my head is so full of thoughts that it is hard for me to just go to sleep. I am going to have to change that

  18. kerilynn7 on August 10th, 2010 6:14 am

I agree with you! A good night’s sleep can do so much, but sometimes it’s really hard for that to happen just because you have so many things in your head.

  19. downloadpenguins on August 10th, 2010 6:49 am

Power sleeping is something that I really wish I could do. I have a really hard time falling asleep no matter what I do.

  20. 20munchkin2008 on August 10th, 2010 7:44 am

I am definitely going to try sleeping better and I am going to set up my room in a way that will help me sleep better

  21. orangesandgreens on August 10th, 2010 8:25 am

I have never attempted to set up my room for good sleep in this manner because I never knew it could help. This could solve so many of my sleep issues, especially the tip of writing down things that are on your mind.

  22. AnnaofSiam on August 10th, 2010 9:16 am

My puffy eyes definitely make me look older. No more intense movies or riveting books before bed. And I so love those late night snacks. But I did need to be treated for sleep apnea despite all of this…also something to keep an eye out for.

  23. 1980Digit2008 on August 10th, 2010 9:31 am

I think that this is one of the things where you don’t think about it until it is pointed out to you by someone. Thanks Chris Guerriero

  24. dez6ler on August 10th, 2010 9:40 am

I have been doing the dark room sleep for a couple years now and it does help. I also try to keep things quiet if at all possible.

  25. lost4confused on August 10th, 2010 10:00 am

Oh yeah, I need more time in bed. I never get enough sleep-this is good motivation to try harder!

  26. baconismydrug on August 10th, 2010 10:28 am

i have extremly curly hair and i swear by garnier fructis because it makes it feel so healthy and shiny , and smells great . so whats the reason its bad for your hair ?

you can still take the pills but wrap a plastic bag around a hammer and mash the pill into a powder and put it in your drink! I used to do that formy lil sis when she’d take a Benadryl when she had colds!

  31. Noni136631 on August 10th, 2010 1:48 pm

  33. SwimmsterGal on August 10th, 2010 2:59 pm

@mariaroxzz32 it isnt bad, but you get better results when you use the shamppo and conditioner together, but not bad.

  34. PhiajoyiT on August 10th, 2010 3:36 pm

    you’re so purple [x

  35. mariaroxzz32 on August 10th, 2010 4:24 pm

is it bad to use 2 different brands of conditioner and shampoo. for example: garnier fructis shampoo with herbal essances conditioner???

  36. ShadyPanda on August 10th, 2010 4:26 pm

They make gummy multi-vitamins for adults, you can find em at Wal-Mart, CVS, etc.

    omg your so pretty

  39. bgonzalez21 on August 10th, 2010 5:52 pm

I agree with you with the deep conditioning products with Pantene. But i definitely love their shampoo and conditioner. They keep my hair shiny and soft. I’ve used Herbal Essence and Tresemme and those products work well in the beginning but my hair stopped responding after a while. I can definitely count on Pantene.

  40. NYgirl11220 on August 10th, 2010 6:44 pm

Is that garnier deep conditioner better than the aussie deep conditioner??

  41. XsunfishspikerX on August 10th, 2010 7:00 pm

@RainbowBitch65656332 Hi :) I used, and still uses, accutane. I went to the dermatologist and he gave me the prescription. It’s a tough medicament to use, but it will, mostly, get your acne to disappear completely.
You can search for it on the internet, inclusive youtube. You will probably find many horror-stories about it, but I’ve only have had good experience with it.
I’ve used tons and tons of stuff and nothing but accutane helped.
    Good luck :) !

  46. RainbowBitch65656332 on August 10th, 2010 9:25 pm

@vasemedroserii Hi :) I was just wondering how ya got rid of ur acne any tips? x

  47. kabesanful on August 10th, 2010 9:50 pm

    this is very bad

  48. vasemedroserii on August 10th, 2010 10:38 pm

Vitamin A is very good for your hair. Because I have “suffered” from acne in a long time, I started in a medical product called Accutane, which pretty much is a over-dosis of vitamin A. I immediately noticed that my hair started being thicker and healthier and also growing much much faster.
Unfortunately the hair on your other body-parts also grew stronger………

Vitamins for babies usually comes liquid.
