Anti-Aging Feedback: well this is nothing scientific but I clean my skin with 90% Isophorly Alcohol and follow up with soap cleanse(use Loofah sponge) then Witch Hazel(astringent). Mind you I get compliments that I look 10 years younger my age.

    Jabril??

Anti-Aging Feedback: There are a couple options… addressing it on the outside and addressing it from the inside. Both are very good and beneficial ways of doing it and you can even do them both at the same time.

One thing you can do is to take a 400 IU softgel of Vitamin E, then CAREFULLY poke a hole in it. Squeeze out the oil and spread it out evenly onto the affected area. If you have more than one area that’s been affected, spread out the amount that’s used evenly to each area, as too much vitamin E can build up to toxic levels in your body.
You can also try soaking your skin in Aloe Vera because that helps to soothe any tissue it touches.

Also, if you would like more benefits, there are some supplements you could take internally to help the health of your skin. Some of the most popular ones are Biotin, Silica (commonly from Horsetail), Squalene, Borage Oil (specifically for the GLA, Gamma Linoleic Acid), Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, L-Cysteine, Collagen, and most antioxidants (like Vitamins A and C among others).
Good luck and I hope I helped!

Anti-Aging Feedback: I wet my face and later my hands with soap and use a little baking soda to exfoliate dryness. It really works very well.

I then swipe some witch hazel over my face with a cotton ball and moisturize.

Anti-Aging Feedback: First off you need to exfoliate your skin to get rid of the dead skin cells, then you need to moisturize the area. You can do both at the same time by mixing sugar and olive oil until it forms a paste. Gently exfoliate the area in circular motion. Rinse the area well. The sugar will gently remove the dead skin cells and the olive oil will do the rest. Only exfoliate about once a week, use the olive oil daily, preferably at night so it has time to penetrate your skin. It only takes a very small amount of olive oil to cover your skin so start out with a very small amount or you will end up feeling very greasy! Olive oil is one of the best things for your skin, just be sure to use extra virgin olive oil.
