Male 42 yrs old. This is a mini facelift revision and a neck lift. Prior to this mini facelift revision, I had a standard mini lift, which the scars pulled apart at the ears leaving wide stretched scars in front of each ear. The mini facelift revision was performed differently and close to a standard facelift where the under lining tissue and muscles or SMAS is loosened and re-draped. What is more, products for anti-aging and for skin care are not only formulated for the benefit of the opposite gender. Recently, there are some beauty products that are made especially for the guys.

The first step to complete skin rejuvenation is cleansing. There are several different kinds of cleansers in the market. There are some products that are good for your face, while there are some that may harm your skin. When looking for the right facial skin care cleanser, you have to consider some things. But most importantly, you have to choose a product that is suitable to your skin type. Your personal preference only comes last, if you do not want to damage your skin. When washing the face, do not use any kind of soap. Opt for one that contains ingredients, which are gentle on your face. If you want to remove grime, dirt, and make-up from your face, you need to use wipes. These are appropriate for cleansing the face, since there are some brands that are manufactured for sensitive skin types.

After washing or cleansing your face, use a toner. This facial skin care product makes sure that you are able to remove any dirt or make-up that has remained. Your toning product also completely removes your cleanser. Toners contain little amounts of alcohol, which act as astringent. There are some toners that stings and makes your face feel taut and dry. Facial skin care products like these indicate strong formulation. If the result of your skin care product is the latter, you should opt for a toner that is formulated with mild ingredients. If your skin is oily, go for toners that contain a high percentage of alcohol. When your skin is dry, opt for a toning product that has least alcohol.

The last step to facial skin rejuvenation is moisturizing. This is greatly needed for each person, no matter the skin type. Facial skin care moisturizers are formulated specially to replenish the skin moisture that is lost. Moisturizers also protect the face from direct exposure to the sun’s rays and pollution. There are a lot of skin experts that recommend the use of an ultraviolet filter moisturizer. This product works by filtering the sun’s harmful rays. However, you have to remember that using a moisturizer is not enough to keep your face protected from sunlight. You also have to follow other protection tips such as wearing a hat and sunglasses.

Most of these products are formulated with ingredients that hinder premature symptoms of aging like wrinkles and fine lines. If you want to treat a condition such as acne, use this mask twice a week for a good amount of time (a couple months). If you are just doing preventative work / exfoliation / detoxification, etc., use this mask weekly or bi-weekly.
