Hello Everyone! This video is a Do It Yourself (or DIY) video. In this video, I discuss a fun recipe for an at-home complexion mask. Like the dead sea clay mask, this will detoxify the skin, improve skin metabolism, gently exfoliate the skin, etc. However, with a few added ingredients (strawberries, yogurt, and honey), the mask will transform into something unique and effective. Watch to learn the benefits of the mask. This is a fun thing to do with family, so get everyone involved. Also, once made, this mask can be much cheaper and much more effective than store bought skin care items. If you want to treat a condition such as acne, use this mask twice a week for a good amount of time (a couple months). If you are just doing preventative work / exfoliation / detoxification, etc., use this mask weekly or bi-weekly.
